Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Below are the details of how your order is processed, shipped, and tracked.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.
Fulfillment Methods
Your order will be shipped using one of two methods, depending on item availability and location:
1. Buy with Prime
Orders purchased with Amazon Prime will be shipped through Amazon's fulfillment network, which uses the same logistics as Amazon Prime.
- Standard: 3–5 business days
- Expedited: 2 business days
- Priority: 1 business day
Tracking information is provided through Amazon's carrier partners (UPS, USPS, or Amazon Logistics).
2. Direct Shipping via USPS
Orders we ship in-house are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
A USPS tracking number will be uploaded to your order and emailed to you once your package ships.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking number. You can track your package by:
- Clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email, or
- Entering your tracking number directly at usps.com/track (for USPS orders) or amazon.com (for Prime Amazon-fulfilled orders).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Any current promotions (such as free shipping thresholds) will be applied automatically.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses (delivery times for these regions may be longer).
Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays). We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package leaves our facility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members.
- Wait 48 hours (packages are sometimes marked delivered early).
- Contact us at Compliance@Ruelily.com with your order number.
For damaged items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
